The Plantation at Ponte Vedra

Very conveniently located near shopping, fine restaurants, and all the best that Ponte Vedra offers, home ownership in the Plantation also includes access to the Beach House that sits directly above the sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean. The Plantation is largely built-out, but some homesites are still available for new custom homes.

The Plantation at Ponte Vedra is an equity community. Membership is acquired with the purchase of a home or a home site. As a member-owned community, amenities are exclusively for members, their families, and guests. Membership amenities are extensive and include golf, tennis, use of recreational facilities, the private oceanfront Beach House with pool, and dining in the Plantation Club House.

The Plantation has a very active event and tournament schedule for men's and women’s golf and features a challenging and beautiful golf course that winds throughout the entire community. This Par 72 links-style course boasts numerous bunkers and has water hazards on 16 of the 18 holes. There are initiation and monthly association fees for using and maintaining the amenities. Part of the initiation fee is refundable upon the sale of your property.
