Marina Scafidi

Marina Scafidi, a Philadelphia native, relocated to Atlantic Beach in 2023 after attending a friend's wedding in the area. Falling in love with the coastal lifestyle, she decided to make the move to Northeast Florida.

A graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and Tourism, Marina brings a diverse background to the real estate industry. She previously worked in event and catering sales, where she managed high-profile events at a luxury hotel and one of the top five golf courses in the country. Additionally, she has extensive experience in operations and asset management, having worked for a Philadelphia-based commercial real estate development company.

Marina applies her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional support to the Lisa Barton Team. She manages and coordinates the team's systems, including client relations, communication, and office management. Passionate about optimizing processes and supporting the team’s growth, Marina works to ensure all systems are running efficiently, from marketing to team performance.

When she's not working, Marina enjoys the beach, staying active through workout classes, and spending time with her pets—a dog and two cats. She’s also an active volunteer at a local cat rescue, helping to support her community and make a difference in the lives of animals in need.
