EverRange
EverRange is a new master-planned community from The PARC Group, the award-winning developer behind Nocatee and eTown. Located in South Jacksonville off US-1 and Philips Highway, EverRange’s first phase spans approximately 1,000 acres and is planned for around 1,500 homes across six distinct neighborhoods, with nearly half the land preserved for green space, shaded trails, and native Florida landscape.

The community has four planned neighborhoods.
Mariposa
40-foot, 50-foot, and 60-foot homesites, range between Mid-$500,000s to $750,000+
Monterra
EverRange's most exclusive neighborhood, the estate-sized homesites are in a private, nature-rich setting.
Regency
An exclusive, gated 55+ active-adult community, with homes ranging between the mid-$500,000s to mid-$600,000s and up.
The Ridge

The Station
