Meet Marsha Keller

Marsha Keller, an Ohio native, relocated to Ponte Vedra Beach a few years ago. Her snow boots are packed away and she does not miss those cold days of winter. Marsha and her family quickly adjusted to the beautiful weather in Northeast Florida.

She obtained her degrees in Special Education and Counseling from Wright State University. Over a span of her career, Marsha enjoyed working in both of these fields. She and her family of four have relocated six times within the United States and internationally, including Asia. Marsha and her family love to travel and have been very blessed to visit many areas of the world. Upon settling in Florida, Marsha decided to try something that has always been a passion of hers, real estate.

With a lifetime of relocation experience, Marsha has fine-tuned her ability to acclimate in new settings quickly. She uses these same skills while working with buyers relocating to Northeast Florida. Marsha is able to anticipate what people will need during the relocation process to help make their move seamless.

As a licensed Broker Associate agent, Marsha has worked with Lisa Barton since 2012 and brings a wealth of knowledge and amiability to The Lisa Barton Team. Marsha’s primary role as Listing Agent for The Lisa Barton Team has delivered extensive results. Marsha works diligently with each client to provide a unique strategy that is conducive to closing the sale. She uses high-level industry marketing strategies, which have been proven successful repeatedly in the Jacksonville area.

Marsha is an experienced agent who enjoys working with home buyers ranging from first-time homebuyers, investment income properties, to seasoned buyers. She takes the time to listen to what buyers are looking for in their perfect home. She knows the market well and navigates them through the entire buying process with ease. Marsha knows what it takes to make your new house a home. With her SRES designation, it has given her the tools to help people downsize to the perfect community that meets their future needs.
