Kathy Smith

Kathy Smith relocated to Jacksonville Beach from Austin Texas in 2018. In Austin, Kathy dedicated decades of service working as an Executive Assistant to high level executives in the non-profit sector.

In 2022, Kathy joined the Lisa Barton Team where she acquired both her real estate license and GRI certification. She now serves as a Licensed Executive Assistant to Lisa Barton. She provides administrative support along with task and event management for the team. Kathy earned her RESE Certification in October of 2024. She is now a Real Estate Staging Expert. She looks forward to helping our customers with their initial pre-packing and staging their homes to get ready to go on the market.

Kathy is an efficient, reliable team player who is passionate about serving people. Her ability to multitask, build relationships and interact with a variety of personalities makes her a great asset for the Lisa Barton Team. Kathy is passionate about providing customers with an exceptional experience while listing or purchasing their home.

During her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling back to Austin to be with her two beautiful daughters. She's an avid college football and live music fan, and enjoys the beach lifestyle with her husband and their three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
