Community amenities are very family friendly with two large playgrounds, sidewalks on main roads, and 24-hour security. Additional amenities are associated with the Marsh Landing Country Club. As a resident, membership is not required but is a nice optional benefit. The Marsh Landing Country Club offers a large pool and neighborhood swim teams in the spring. Tennis courts and league tennis for men, women, and children are also part of the Country Club membership options. The fitness center has a weight room and a variety of exercise classes. The excellent clubhouse has two dining rooms and additional space available for weddings, parties, and meetings.
The Marsh Landing Country Club, nestled in the middle of the community, offers a wide range of amenities and services and is particularly noted for its 6,841 yards, 72-par “Ed Seay” golf course.
