Residents are only a few short minutes from Town Center retailers and all of Nocatee’s world-class recreational amenities – Splash Water Park, Fitness Club, and Community Park.
Siena at Town Center is in the St. Johns County school district. Students attend Ocean Palms Elementary, Alice B. Landrum Middle, and Nease High School.
Due to population growth, school district zoning is subject to change. Some neighborhoods in Nocatee are in the Duval County School System while some are zoned for St. Johns County Schools. Infrastructure plans for Nocatee include locations for six elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.
