Oceanwalk

Oceanwalk is a great neighborhood of about 250 homes located in the northern portion of Atlantic Beach. Most homes in Oceanwalk are just a block or two from the beach.

Houses range in size from 1,900 square feet to well over 4,000 square feet. The properties tend to be large with mature trees and attractive landscaping.

Oceanwalk has its own community pool with a clubhouse and bathrooms. Oceanwalk also has a private beach access with a nicely maintained dune walkover which is directly across the street from the pool area.
