Kensington is a neighborhood located west of the Intracoastal Waterway on Atlantic Boulevard, east of Kernan Boulevard.
There are seven subsections of Kensington: The Lakes, The Greens, The Pines, The Crossings, The Gardens, Brighton Bay and Somerset. Homes in this neighborhood range between 1,200 and 2,800 square feet. Kensington is a serene community with a park-like feel, located in the heart of dining, shopping, schools, and entertainment.
