Seven Pines
Seven Pines is a vibrant, growing master-planned community in Jacksonville where new construction and everyday living are already coming together. Set across more than 1,000 acres of natural landscape, Seven Pines is a growing, established community where residents are already living, building, and connecting. Since breaking ground in 2022, the neighborhood has quickly taken shape, with homes completed, residents moved in, and more sections continuing to develop.
Rooted in the historic land of the Skinner family, Seven Pines was designed around the idea of gathering and bringing people together through walkable neighborhoods, shared spaces, and a strong connection to nature.
The community will feature approximately 1,400 single-family homes at full build-out, and today you can already see the vision coming to life with a mix of newly built homes and resale opportunities becoming available.
At full buildout, the community is expected to include approximately 1,400 homes along with apartments and over one million square feet of future retail and commercial space, creating a true live-work-play environment.

There are two preferred builders in Seven Pines: David Weekley and ICI Homes). Both builders have floor plans to chose from and usually allow buyers to make custom changes to accommodate their family’s needs.
