Seven Pines

Single family home sizes in Seven Pines range from 1,600 square feet to over 6,000 square feet. Home styles are mostly coastal contemporary with high ceilings, open floor plans, big windows and front porches. Many homes offer rear entry garages off an alley in the back of the house.

There are two preferred builders in Seven Pines: David Weekley and ICI Homes). Both builders have floor plans to chose from and usually allow buyers to make custom changes to accommodate their family’s needs. There are many re-sale homes available for those buyers who would prefer not to wait to build a new house.

Seven Pines Community Amenities

‍Seven Pines’ neighborhood amenities are very family-friendly. The community center is scheduled for completion in December 2024 and will feature a large swimming pool, fitness center and clubhouse. A man-made lake will provide a place for kayaking and paddle boarding. Throughout the neighborhood there are hiking and biking trails.

Centrally Located

Seven Pines is conveniently located just south of J Turner Butler Blvd (SR 202) and Interstate 295. This central location is close to the University of North Florida and Jacksonville’s Town Center shopping mall. With a 10 minute drive to the beach and 25 minute drive to downtown Jacksonville, the location is superb.

This lovely neighborhood was designed to incorporate nature into everyday living. The community amenities will include a fitness center, swimming pool, parks, hiking trails, biking trails, and a village center with a lake for kayaking and paddle boarding.
