Meet Brooke Pancoast

Brooke is a proud Midwestern girl at heart. Hailing from Iowa, she has lived in seven states, from New Hampshire to sunny South Florida. Her most recent move to St. Augustine is hopefully her last! She’s especially enjoying the Florida winters - you can’t shovel sunshine!

Brooke graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton with a Liberal Arts degree and worked in the corporate world. After raising her children, she dedicated the last 13 years to the real estate industry with amazing success.

Brooke has extensive experience in real estate with eight years on a large team and five years as an independent broker. She’s helped more than 300 families buy or sell their dream homes. A corporate relocation specialist, she works with large companies to move employees and their family from all over the country. In doing this, she uses her experience and skills to guide families through the often-challenging relocation process, ensuring they are supported every step of the way.

Brooke builds strong relationships with her clients by actively listening to their needs, expectations, and past experiences. She is keen to understand their preferred communication styles. Brooke is passionate about educating her clients on current real estate and economic market conditions. Her ultimate goal is to reduce her clients stress and create a seamless experience!

Brooke resides in St. Augustine with her husband. She has three wonderful adult children who now live in Raleigh and Nashville. In her downtime outside of real estate, she cherishes time with her family and friends, whether it’s on the golf course, playing tennis, or exploring new places in the vibrant community she calls home.
