Seabrook Village in Nocatee is set to open in late 2022. Surrounding Seabrook Park, this neighborhood will be one of Nocatee's most desirable new developments.
Seabrook Village, one of Nocatee's newest developments, will provide around 327 homesites in its first phase. There will be a variety of floorplans to choose from ranging up to 2,800 square feet. More information will be released in Summer 2022.
Seabrook Village will surround Seabrook Park. This is a new amenity center set to open in 2023. Seabrook Park will feature a pool, dog park, and playground.
Due to population growth, school district zoning is subject to change. Some neighborhoods in Nocatee are in the Duval County School System while some are zoned for St. Johns County Schools. Infrastructure plans for Nocatee include locations for six elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.
