#3 on the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Top Large Real Estate Team List!

Selling $92 million in real estate over the past year, The Lisa Barton Team qualified for the #3 spot on the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Top Large Real Estate Team List. This yearly list, curated by the JBJ, features the top 25 large teams (teams with more than two people) that sold the most from September 1, 2020-August 31, 2021.

To earn this #3 position, the team sold a total $92.25 million from 106 different homes and lots, with the most expensive property worth $2.2 million.

We handled transactions throughout Northeast Florida, including Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Nocatee, and Jacksonville. The total value of homes sold on the First Coast by the largest real estate team listmakers was $1.37 billion dollars!

This last year has seen unprecedented increases in home prices across the nation. Northeast Florida is certainly experiencing this increase. Our median sales price increased 15% to $303,600 year-over-year in July. Homes are selling faster than ever before, days on the market were down 52.9% with homes selling on average in 33 days. Lack of inventory has been hugely frustrating for home buyers with inventory dropping 50% from the same month a year ago to only 1.45 months.
