Sean Muserallo Joins Top Producing Ponte Vedra Beach Luxury Real Estate Team

The Lisa Barton Team at Keller Williams Atlantic Partners in Ponte Vedra Beach recently hired Florida licensed real estate agent Sean Muserallo. Muserallo moved to Ponte Vedra Beach with his family in 2019 from Illinois after an award-winning journalism career in broadcast television.

“We are delighted to have Sean on the team,” said Lisa Barton, a Broker Associate who started the business 14 years ago. “He brings a number of valuable skills to the team with his unique professional background, enthusiasm and welcoming personality. Also, Sean’s previous position as a site agent for Maranda Homes gave him extensive knowledge of the ins-and-outs of new home construction. This experience will be so valuable to our buyers!”

“We needed someone who would come in and hit the ground running by identifying new buyer and seller opportunities for the team,“ said Barton. “Sean has done that and more with the Inside Sales Agent Role we created for him this Fall. We are looking forward to expanding Sean’s role this year. He’ll be transitioning to a full-time sales agent position where his skills can be maximized.”

The Lisa Barton Team recorded $60 million of real estate sales in 2020. The team lead by Lisa Barton, also includes broker associates Marsha Keller and Tonya O’Quinn, a transaction coordinator, and director of operations.

“Relationships are of the utmost importance to me, and to the Lisa Barton Team,” said Muserallo. “We look forward to working with clients, helping them navigate the Ponte Vedra Beach real estate market and connecting them to all this area has to offer.”

Muserallo is a University of Georgia graduate. He and his wife live in Ponte Vedra with their two daughters.
