Nocatee is in the Final Phase of Construction - Spring 2023

Nocatee, the Parc Group’s master planned community in Ponte Vedra, has been under development for almost 20 years. Construction of this award winning neighborhood started in 2005 and is now almost completed. We can hardly believe it! The final neighborhoods are now under construction and scheduled to be completed in the next year or two.

This year, the Parc Group started the first phases of development on two new neighborhoods: Woodland Park and Crosswinds.

• Woodland Park will be a community of townhomes and is expected to begin selling this summer. This is a smaller community, with only 65 residences, ranging in size from 1300-1900 square feet. Providence Homes will be the builder for Woodland Park, which will be located across from the already completed Austin Park neighborhood.
• The second neighborhood, Crosswinds, will include single family homes as well as villas. This neighborhood is in the early development stages with an anticipated opening date of 2024. With 215 homes planned, this neighborhood is within walking distance of Pine Island Academy. Homes in this community will range from 1500-2300 square feet. The builders for Crosswinds have not been announced yet.

Two additional neighborhoods that are still selling new construction homes in Nocatee include Seabrook Village and Coral Ridge at Seabrook. The builders for these communities are Toll Brothers, Providence, David Weekley and Riverside Custom Homes. The amenities centers for both neighborhoods are expected to open in 2024. Residents also have access to all of the Nocatee amenities including the Splash Water Park and Nocatee Fitness Center.
