Discover Ponte Vedra - Best of the Beaches
Our wonderful natural resources – particularly our beaches – are often cited as one of the main draws for those moving and staying in Northeast Florida. Within a few minutes’ drive of Ponte Vedra Beach are several beautiful oceanfront locations. In fact, right in our backyard there are four must-see beaches to visit – Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (GTM Research Reserve), Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Atlantic Beach. One of the things that makes our area so special is year-round access to these gorgeous, sandy beaches.
Lisa Barton, team lead, loves the GTM Research Reserve in south Ponte Vedra Beach. This beautiful preserved land spans both sides of A1A from the Atlantic Ocean and to the Intracoastal Waterway. This area offers a museum, restrooms, parking, and miles of hiking and biking trails.
Marsha Keller, Broker Associate with the Lisa Barton Team, talks about the quiet, sandy beaches of Ponte Vedra Beach. This area has public access points, but little public parking, making it an ideal area to walk or bike.
Suzanne Layser, Sales Associate, talks about the vibrant business community and numerous festivals, such as Deck the Chairs and Seawalk Music Fest, that can be found in tourist-friendly Jacksonville Beach.
Sean Muserallo, Broker Associate, describes Atlantic Beach and the Atlantic Beach Town Center. This area is super family-friendly, with ample parking, and easy access points to the ocean.
