Oak Common has access to all the amenities of Palencia including the playgrounds, sports fields, Clubhouse (which has a large fitness center, lap pool and child care center), nature boardwalk, tennis facilities and family pool. Palencia also has a beautiful Golf Club with 18 holes that wind through the natural beauty of the neighborhood. Membership is the Palencia Golf and Country Club is not required to be a resident of Oak Common.
