Home prices range from the mid $600,000 to over $2 million. The Plantation is largely built-out, but there are still some homesites available for new custom homes.
The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Amenities
The Plantation at Ponte Vedra is an equity community. Membership is acquired with the purchase of a home or a home site. As a member-owned community, amenities are exclusively for members, their families and guests. Membership amenities are extensive and include golf, tennis, use of recreational facilities, the private oceanfront Beach House with pool, and dining in the Plantation Club House. The Plantation has a very active event and tournament schedule for men and women’s golf and features a challenging and beautiful golf course that winds throughout the entire community. This Par 72 links-style course boasts numerous bunkers and has water hazards on 16 of the 18 holes. There are initiation fees and monthly association fees for use and maintenance of the amenities. Part of the initiation fee is refundable upon the sale of your property. The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Club House was newly renovated in October of 2008 as part of a a $6 million project.

The Plantation is located in the St John County School District. Students attend the following public schools: Ocean Palms Elementary School (A Rated in 2007, 2006), Landrum Middle School (A Rated in 2007, 2006), and Ponte Vedra High School (which opened in 2008).
