Trick or Treat this Halloween
I've really enjoyed raising my children here in Jacksonville. There are so many kid-friendly activities -- sometimes it's hard to choose what to do! This weekend is a a good example. The St. Augustine Alligator Farm (one of my favorite places) is having their annual "Creatures of the Night" on Friday evening (October 28). Children can trick-or-treat throughout the park and if you're really brave you can ride the zip-line through the trees and over the alligators. Or, visit the Jacksonville Zoo, which is hosting their annual "Spooktacular" during the Halloween weekend. This event is just as much fun -- what child wouldn't love trick-or-treating through the zoo's gorgeous gardens?
