Nocatee Offers a Variety of Activities and Benefits to Residents
If you haven’t checked out Nocatee lately, there’s a lot happening. David Weekley Homes has started development in Greenleaf Village and has several model homes ready for viewing. January brought the 2nd Annual Polar Plunge, an event where residents and guests brave the chilly waters of the Splash Waterpark swimming pools. February events included the Farmer’s Market and Bookmobile as well as the Tastefully Simple Cooking Class.
There will be plenty to do in March as well. Check out these benefits for Nocatee residents:
- Membership to Marsh Landing Country Club without paying the standard initiation fee – a value up to $100,000. Gain access to all Club amenities including golf, fitness, tennis, swimming, dining, programs, and social activities.
- Booklet of free fitness classes to all Nocatee households. This includes one free class each for Yoga, Pilates, Tone & Sculpt, Latin Buzz, Jiu Jitsu, and Zumba. The Fitness Club is open 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. On site personal trainers are also available to enhance your workout plan.
- Farmer’s Market and Bookmobile. This event is open to all and takes place on the third Saturday of each month.
