New Model Homes Coming to Coastal Oaks in Nocatee
Toll Brothers, the national leader in luxury home building, announced the coming addition of two new designer decorated model homes in Coastal Oaks at Nocatee in the Florida Times Union last week. These models will be the Westin Mediterranean and the Rinaldi Bordeaux and will be open for viewing in the spring of 2011.
These new models will meld features and styles from two of their best selling plans. In addition, they will incorporate the latest in energy efficient methods and have spectacular outdoor living spaces.
The Nocatee community in Ponte Vedra offers many amenities including a 6,500 square foot clubhouse, three resort style pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a catering kitchen all within walking or biking distance.
