I recently listed two homes in a wonderful community in North Jacksonville, Amelia View. Amelia View is a navigable water and marsh front community, overlooking Nassau Sound and historic Amelia Island. This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sits on more that 3/4 of an acre. There are fantasic views of the water from almost every room. Believe it or not, the list price is below $300,000!
